The Aspiring Catholic Leadership Development Program is a two-part program for ALCDSB staff that supports student achievement and well-being by fostering the growth of passionate and skilled leaders in our Catholic learning communities and across our system.
Developed and led by current ALCDSB system leaders, the Aspiring Catholic Leadership courses are for aspiring school and system leaders. Each program consists of six modules, offered between October and May and are designed to support you in your professional and personal leadership journey.
The leadership development of all staff is an integral part of the ALCDSB Multi-Year Strategic Plan.
A leadership pathway has been developed for every academic position of additional responsibility at ALCDSB and can be found on the website. As indicated on the pathway, Aspiring Catholic Leadership Parts 1 and 2 are desired assets for many leadership positions at ALCDSB.
